With our experience treating patients in rural areas with minimal equipment and electricity during our mission trips to Colombia, we realized those skills have been lost in modern medical offices here at home. Dr. Marshall maintains a smaller patient base to focus more attention on each individual, ensuring personalized care. While the membership fee covers the additional benefits, our practice will still bill your insurance or Medicare for covered services. It’s important to keep your insurance to cover standard healthcare needs, as the membership fee only applies to the enhanced services provided.

However, insurance isn’t necessary for everyday preventive primary care! By charging a set membership fee, we can dedicate more time to your individual health needs, focusing on maintaining and improving your well-being. You’re encouraged to see us as often as needed—our goal is to have healthy and happy members!

Hospitalization can be one of the most vulnerable times for patients. That’s why we maintain privileges at the local hospital system, giving us real-time access to your results and information during your stay. While a 'hospitalist'—physicians who specialize exclusively in hospital care and are available 24/7—will be assigned to oversee your care, we maintain close working relationships with these providers. We encourage patients and families to notify us of any hospital admissions. We often discuss the expected course of your hospitalization and help clarify the goals of your stay, ensuring you feel supported and well-informed throughout the process
